Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
